Multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of a complicated crown-root fracture

Complicated crown-root fractures are uncommon type of dental trauma but usually result in significant esthetic and functional problems to those affected.This case report demonstrates sequential endodontic, restorative, Wok Sets orthodontic, periodontal, and prosthodontic modalities for the conservative management of a complicated crown-root fracture of the maxillary left central incisor in a young patient.After root canal treatment and core buildup, the tooth was extruded using forced orthodontic eruption for 8 weeks and retention for 7 Collections weeks.Zinc phosphate cement acrylic crown was used to preserve esthetics and function during the forced eruption and retention period.
